Straight answers about starting a conversation, scheduling, scope, and procurement.
Getting started.
How do I begin?
Call the team at (915) 996-2755, or prepare a short brief on the contact page with the project type, facility location, scope, and timing.
What information helps most?
The facility location, the equipment involved, what you are seeing or what you want to achieve, timing, and access restrictions. The project checklist lists the details that help.
What if I do not know my equipment model?
Start with the location, equipment type, and a description of the issue. Model information can be shared later.
Can I send drawings or specifications?
Discuss the project first and confirm the right channel for files. Do not put sensitive facility plans in an initial public message.
Availability and scheduling.
How do I find out about availability?
Call the team directly. Availability depends on the work, location, and timing, and is confirmed in conversation.
Can I get a guaranteed response time online?
No. Response and scheduling commitments are confirmed directly with the team for each request.
Can work be done outside business hours?
Work windows are part of the scope conversation. Share your operating hours and any restrictions.
Scope and projects.
How is project scope established?
Scope comes from the objective, the site, the existing equipment and systems, access, schedule, and the documentation required. Open questions are identified before work is priced or scheduled.
Can you discuss repair and replacement together?
Yes. Share the condition of the equipment and your goals so both options can be considered.
Do you provide stamped engineering drawings or clean room certification?
This site does not claim either. If your project requires them, raise it at the start so responsibilities can be confirmed.
Can I rent a chiller?
Chiller rentals can be discussed. Availability depends on capacity, timing, and location, and is confirmed for each request.
Procurement.
How do I request vendor or procurement documents?
Use the contact page with the Government topic and list the documents your organization requires. The team will confirm what can be provided.
Can Synergy respond to a statement of work?
Share the statement of work, site location, and timeline so the scope and required information can be discussed.
Are registrations or certifications listed on this site?
No. Identifiers, registrations, licences, and certifications are provided on request once confirmed for your procurement.
